Searches for Fenty Beauty Surge 883% After Rihanna’s Super Bowl Performance

The singer, actress and beauty mogul even touched up with setting powder mid-performance.

While 113 million viewers tuned in to watch Super Bowl LVII, even more people (118.7 million viewers) tuned in for the half-time show, which starred Rihanna as the headliner.
 
That’s a lot of eyeballs on the singer, actress and beauty mogul—so, of course Rihanna used her performance to showcase Fenty Beauty makeup products.
 
On stage, she wore the new Fenty Beauty Fenty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick, a luxe and long-lasting liquid lipstick in a universally-flattering red shade, as well as her go-to complexion products, Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and Fenty Beauty Invisimatte Instant Setting + Blotting Powder. She even touched up with the setting powder mid-performance.
 
“That red stage called for the ultimate Rihanna red lip. We wanted her beauty look to celebrate this moment and be a true reflection of her timeless beauty. And to me, there’s nothing more iconic to Rihanna than her soft matte skin and a bold red lip,” Priscilla Ono, Fenty Beauty Global Makeup Artist explained.

Google Searches Surge 883%

Although performers at the Super Bowl half-time show are not paid, Rihanna saw immediate benefits for Fenty.
